Hidden toxins in the things you consume, that have an adverse effect on your skin and overall health!

According to the USDA, for a coffee to be considered decaf, it only needs to be 97% caffeine-free. The Swiss Water Process removes 99.9% caffeine.

What is the “Swiss Water Process”? The Swiss Water Process is a patented decaffeination method that uses only water to remove 99.9% of a coffee's caffeine content.

If you are drinking decaf coffee that was not decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process, you are consuming residues of dangerous, toxic chemicals.

One such chemical is ethyl acetate (also used in nail polish remover – and you know yourself how that stuff irritates your eyes!). The other approved chemical is methylene chloride, smells like chloroform and is known to cause cancer!

So, if you drink decaf coffee on a regular basis, make sure that it was decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process!

Even at Starbucks - make sure that you’ll ask about their coffee’s decaffeination process.

It all adds up over time and your habits today have an impact on your longevity down the road and definitely impact the health of your skin.
