How can I get flawless skin?

1.) Look into the mirror and determine your skin type. Is your skin dry, oily or do you have a combination of both?

2.) You need to invest into skincare essentials. First and foremost you will need a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub that works best for your skin type.

3.) Wash your face every day. If your skin type is not too oily, you probably can get away with washing your face thoroughly only once a day - and the best time is before you go to bed. If your skin is very oily, you’ll need to clean your face twice a day or even more.

4.) Always remove your makeup.

5.) Wear sun protection.

6.) Watch carefully what you eat and drink (avoid dairy if possible).

7.) Avoid common household chemical, found in popular cleaners, laundry detergents and even your toothpaste.

8.) Check upon the air quality in your home. Change a/c filters regularly and if you can, invest into an air-purifier.

9.) Monitor or even better try to control your stress levels and keep them at a minimum.

10.) Look carefully at the ingredients of any product you put on your skin. This is probably one of the most important tips. Not all skin care products are created equally.
